These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Adinkra Art and purchases of our digital products. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital products and delivery

Our products are supplied as digital files. No physical item will be shipped. After payment is confirmed, download access is provided through your order confirmation and/or customer account.

3. Refunds and cancellations

Please review the product description, included formats and selected licence before purchase. You request immediate access to the digital content when you complete checkout. Once access or downloading begins, cancellations and discretionary refunds are not available, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Read our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Licences and permitted use

Your purchase grants a licence to use the files under the licence selected on the product page. Personal Use and Commercial Use licences have different permissions. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, upload, or offer the original or substantially unchanged digital files as standalone files, digital downloads, templates, clipart, or stock assets. You may not claim ownership of the supplied source artwork.

5. Product information and compatibility

We aim to describe products accurately. You are responsible for confirming that your software, machine or device supports the file formats offered. Contact us before purchase if you need help choosing a format.

6. Support

For help with a purchase, download or file issue, email hello.adinkraart@gmail.com and include your order number.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms or our Refund Policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
