Digital products

Adinkra Art sells instant digital downloads. No physical item is shipped.

Please review the product description, included file formats and licence selection before placing an order. Because digital files are made available immediately, we do not offer discretionary cancellations or refunds once you have accessed or downloaded the digital content, or otherwise started using it.

By completing your purchase, you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that your cancellation or withdrawal rights may end once access or downloading begins, where applicable law allows.

Help with a file or order

If a purchased file is missing, damaged, inaccessible, or materially not as described, contact us at hello.adinkraart@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, corrected file or other appropriate remedy.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Where a digital product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.
